9. Payments
After a payment is taken via PayPal or credit card, you have up to 7 days to dispute the transaction and this can be done by emailing us info@Transderma.com. All payments shall be processed through PayPal or credit card. Transderma is a registered trademark and brand name of the Transderma Group, Stockholm Sweden.
10. Shipping
Once your order has been received and processed, the Transderma Group will organise for your product to be dispatched by courier/shipping agent as soon as possible. In the event of any significant delays, we will notify you via email.
11. Returns Policy
The Transderma Group offers customers a 14 day return period from the date of invoice. Transderma must be returned to the Transderma Group at the company address in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase. Refunds will only be paid to the original owner as detailed on the Proof of Purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage/shipping of the Transderma product to the Transderma Group. Refunds will be deposited back into PayPal or the credit card account from which the original invoice was paid. Returns should be made as follows:
